How do I use this to select and pay ?

First make sure JScript is turned on if you don't see dropdown boxes and a checkout button. A link should appear and take you to some help pages. 

Use the dropdown's to select your satnav make/model and the correct product type for you. Don't worry if you cannot find your EXACT model, just select the nearest one e.g. I have a tomtom ONE but I don't know what version it is - I would just select tomtom ONE Regional. What you select on the MODEL TYPE  doesn't alter the product you get. We use this dropdown to find out what models our customers have, that's all.

Next, select DOWNLOAD or CD ROM as you prefer. If you select DOWNLOAD, you don't need to have the sat-nav with you or ready. Once you pay you get a licence and login, which lets you choose when you want  to actually do the DOWNLOAD.

If you choose to get the CD - then you have the option to also DOWNLOAD anytime you like (so you don't have to wait for the CD in the post if you don't want to). We will still send the CD to you (even if you do decide to download it). Lots of people buy the CD option, download it and then use the CD as a backup or fall-back "just in case".   

If you have a coupon or voucher - then to use it you must type the code you have into the box beside the Green Button with "USE VOUCHER". Once you have typed in the code you MUST NOT PRESS ENTER/RETURN but instead CLICK the Green Button. This will check and activate your discount (you will see a message on screen to confirm this).

Finally - check your order over, especially make sure the sat-nav is the correct BRAND and also that you have chosen your preferred CD-ROM or DOWNLOAD. Click the CHECKOUT button to pay (we use PayPal business). You can use any CREDIT/DEBIT card, e-cheque or PAYPAL itself. You DO NOT NEED a PayPal account to pay using a Credit/Debit card. If you do have PayPal then you can still decide to pay using your card if you prefer.

Once you have finished paying you will get a login/licence code and they are also emailed to you. The receipt pages  give you all the details you need on what to do next. If you have any problems then please CALL US, email is not reliable enough for order queries.
