Setup service for Fleet & Low Bridge Solution

 

Here you can pay for the "Complete Install and Setup Service" which we offer. We recognise some people don't want to bother with computers, manuals and messing about with installing data packs. However they still require the solution on their Sat-Nav.

What happens is you post us the Sat-Nav unit via "Special Delivery" which is insured and guaranteed delivery next day by 1PM.

One of our technicians will then "give it the works" - revamp the system software, update the core programs, install the data packs required and configure it all. Its then posted back to you by secure return, along with a printed user manual.

As people use their sat-navs a lot we try to turn these around within 3 to 5 working days. You will only be without the sat-nav for a short while and it will arrive back all "ready to go". 

If you would like to take advantage of this setup service then please do the following;

 

• Check that your devices is a TomTom, Garmin  (we only setup these units)
• If the unit has an SD memory card then please remove it and pack it with the unit but not in the actual slot
• Place the rest of the unit into a sturdy package, along with all cables, CD ROM, manuals and the charger. We must have the charger, if we run out of power we cannot finish the work. We do not stock chargers for very model of sat-nav on the market.
• Please make sure you send us all the main parts of the Sat-Nav as this will avoid delays and posting other bits that are needed
• Please include your name, return address and the vehicle details. If you drive multiple vehicles then please provide the height range  e.g. I drive trucks from 13ft to 15ft
• Post the whole packet via "Special Delivery" to our office address in Marlow
• Make sure that you have already paid for the products you want added to the unit and enclose details so we can check the licences.
• If you want any extras from us like traffic receivers, speed cameras, map updates and so on - call us up to arrange it.
• Pay for the setup service using the box below, put details of the data packs you have purchased in the text box available.
• If you want it posted back to a different address e.g. work then add a note to the order line and we will contact you
